R R Agency is not a government body and is not a distributor appointed by any State Government. Nothing on this website represents or implies government endorsement, ownership of any lottery or lottery brand, or appointment as an authorised distributor, except as expressly stated below.
4. Trade marks
References to “Dear Lottery”, “Dear Lotteries” and any State lottery are made only to describe the goods in which R R Agency trades. “DEAR LOTTERY” and “DEAR LOTTERIES” are trade marks of their respective proprietor; R R Agency does not own them and is not affiliated with their proprietor except as stated above. The lotteries referred to are organised and conducted by the respective State Governments (including the Governments of Nagaland and Sikkim) under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 and the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010.
5. Results and lottery information
Draw and result information is provided only by way of links to the relevant official State sources. The official State publication, including the Official Gazette, prevails over any other source. Users must check every ticket against the official result and must follow the claim procedure and time limits published by the organising State. General information on this website may be incomplete or out of date; to the extent permitted by law, R R Agency accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.
6. No guarantee, no inducement
R R Agency does not guarantee any lottery outcome, winnings, returns or financial benefit, and nothing on this website is an invitation or inducement to buy a lottery ticket. Lottery participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and above and is subject to the law of the place of purchase.
7. Fraud warning
R R Agency, the State Governments and genuine distributors never ask anyone to pay a fee to release a prize. Report such requests at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.
