What we ask for, and why
Name, business or shop name, town or city, State, mobile number, optional e-mail, the type of enquiry and your message. We ask only for what we need to understand your enquiry and to reply to you. The only purpose is to respond to your enquiry.
What we never ask for
Aadhaar, PAN or other ID numbers; bank, card or UPI details; OTPs; passwords; photographs of tickets; or any payment. If anyone asks for these claiming to act for R R Agency, do not provide them and report it at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930.
How your enquiry is handled
- Your enquiry travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- The website checks it automatically for spam and missing details. It is not saved in the website’s database.
- It is sent by e-mail to R R Agency, where only the people who handle enquiries can read it.
- We reply by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
- We delete the enquiry 12 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship begins.
No commitment
Sending an enquiry, or receiving a reply, does not create any appointment, supply arrangement, commission or contract. Any trade terms are agreed separately and in writing.
Your choices
