About R R Agency
What is R R Agency?
R R Agency is a private, family-run wholesale trading business in Siliguri, West Bengal. It works as a stockist, supplying State-organised paper lottery tickets to retailers and trade partners. It is not a government body and is not a distributor appointed by any State Government.
How long has R R Agency been in the lottery industry?
R R Agency has worked in the lottery trade for twenty years.
Where is the business located?
On Bidhan Market Road, Siliguri, West Bengal. The full address, phone number, business hours and a map are on our Contact page.
Is this the Dear Lottery official website?
No. This is the private business website of R R Agency, a stockist in Siliguri. The Dear lotteries are organised by State Governments, and their official websites are linked on our Results page. “Dear Lottery” is a trade mark of its proprietor, which R R Agency does not own.
Can I buy Dear Lottery tickets online?
Not from us, and not from any private website or app. R R Agency deals only in physical paper tickets and does not sell, reserve, book or accept payment for tickets online. Private online sale of lottery tickets is not permitted; see Is online lottery legal in West Bengal?
How can retailers make a business enquiry?
Use the form on our Wholesale & Stockist Enquiries page, or call us during business hours. An enquiry does not create any appointment, supply arrangement or commercial commitment; trade terms are agreed separately and in writing.
Results and verification
The answers in this section are general guidance. The official rules and results are those published by the organising State Government.
Where can Dear Lottery results be verified?
On the official website of the State Government that organised the draw. Links for each draw time are on our Results & Draw Times page. The result published in the State’s Official Gazette is final.
Why doesn’t R R Agency publish the winning numbers?
Results are published by the organising State, and no official data feed is available to private businesses. Copying numbers by hand risks mistakes, so we link to the official source instead. See our Results Information & Verification Policy.
How can I check a published result myself?
Note the lottery name, draw date, draw time and full ticket number on your ticket. Open the official State result page for that draw time and date, confirm the lottery name matches, and compare the full number prize by prize. A step-by-step guide is on our Dear Lottery Information page.
Can anyone give Dear Lottery guessing numbers or predictions?
No. Every draw is random, and no one can predict or “fix” a number. Offers of “guessing numbers”, “fix numbers” or “sure-shot” results, especially for a fee, are scams. R R Agency does not publish predictions.
Does R R Agency publish Kolkata FF results?
No. Games such as “Kolkata FF” (Fatafat) are not lotteries organised by a State Government under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998. R R Agency does not deal in them or publish their results.
Are results on WhatsApp, YouTube or other websites reliable?
Not necessarily. Many private websites and channels use lottery names and call themselves “official”, but they are not run by the State Governments. Always check against the official State source.
Where can official lottery rules and claim procedures be checked?
See our Rules, Tax & Prize Claims guide. Claim forms, required documents, where to lodge a claim and the time limit are published by the organising State on its official website, and printed on the ticket. The governing laws are the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and the organising State’s own rules. Links are on our Results & Draw Times page.
Is tax deducted from prize money?
Yes. Prizes are paid by the organising State after deduction of tax at source as required by the Income-tax law in force. The amount actually received is therefore lower than the prize amount. For your own tax position, consult a qualified tax adviser.
Someone called to say I won a prize and asked for a fee. What should I do?
Do not pay. No genuine State lottery, distributor or stockist asks for a fee, “tax”, “GST” or “processing charge” to release a prize, and R R Agency never does. Do not share OTPs or bank details. Report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call the national helpline 1930.
Who can take part in a lottery?
Only adults aged 18 and above, and only where the law of the place of purchase permits.
